Bauchi — The Bauchi State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has apologized to the leadership of the Nigerian Union of Journalists for beating a journalist working with the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Bauchi.

Last Saturday a reporter working with the NTA was beaten by NSCDC men at a turbaning ceremony of new Kilishin Bauchi while performing his duty.
