Bauchi Assures Safety for Corps Members

Bauchi โ€” Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State has reiterated the determination of his administration to ensure safety and fundamental rights of corps members posted to the state.

The governor made the remark during the closing ceremony of Batch A corps members deployed to the state at the NYSC orientation camp in Wailo, saying the corps members should feel free to stay as their safety and fundamental rights are guaranteed in any part of the state.

He charged them to emulate their predecessors for doing well in the state, especially in the area of community development services and that their effort will not go unrewarded.

Earlier, Chairman NYSC State Governing Board Alhaji Bashir Mashema said the newly posted corps members had during the three weeks training demonstrated tenets of national service as they have imbibed true patriotism and loyalty to the nation.
